How can I order?

Our online catalog contains over two thousand items available for online ordering.  We update and to the catalog on a daily basis.  Still there will be times when the size or item is not available online. To order an item you cannot locate online please call customer service at 1-866-573-3850.

When is your return policy?

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is 30 day satisfaction guaranteed.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please return it to us at Adriana's Replacement Lamp Shades, 2092 75th Way N, Saint Petersburg, Florida, 33710. Please call us before shipping so we can watch for your item and be sure it is credited promptly. We regret that we cannot refund cost of shipping.   We use flat fee based shipping based on the dollar value of the order.  When an item is returned the amount we paid to ship the item to you will not be refunded.

In the case of oversized items the shipping cost may be more than originally billed.   In order not to pass these costs on to our other customers, any shipping costs on returns due to a customer error in ordering are not refundable.

All item must be returned in original wrapping.  We understand that you need to try a shade with the cellophane wrapping removed.   There is a two dollar per shade fee for chandelier and clip on shades for repackaging the cellophane.  There is a five dollar repackaging charge for table, floor and ceiling lamp shades.    All shades must be returned in original condition.

To keep our costs discounted there is a fifteen percent restocking fee on all returned merchandise as of  May 1, 2008.
